Meet Jackie
I am a West Virginia attorney who offers free consultations for adoptions and legal guardianships. With more than two decades of experience in family law, I have made adoption easier for hundreds of West Virginia families. Whether you are pursuing a subsidized, private, stepparent, or adult adoption, I can help.
In addition to my decades of experience as an attorney, I spent 17 years serving as a guardian ad litem, a court-appointed advocate for children. I saw firsthand how lengthy and emotionally exhausting fostering can be. That's why I decided to shift the focus of my practice and dedicate myself to quickly and compassionately guiding families through their adoption journeys.
Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, Pilates, walking my two goldendoodles, and spending time with my family. I met my husband during law school, and we've been together ever since. We have one daughter who attends Vanderbilt University, and I love going to college football games with her.
